Shipping

We offer free shipping on the first order for every customer.

* U.S. Standard Shipping – Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via USPSPlease allow 5-7 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

Tracking Shipments

You can track your order with the tracking details provided in the shipment notification email or by signing in to your account on Ador.com.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order doesn’t show any activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service for further investigation.

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can be modified before the order is dispatched, but please ensure to promptly notify customer service of any changes. Once the order has been shipped, we will only deliver to the shipping address provided when the order was originally placed.

Missing or Stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can occur. It’s possible that some carriers might mark a package as “Delivered” even when it’s still out for delivery, and they may physically deliver the package within the next few business days.

After 4 business days, if the carrier’s status for your order indicates “Delivered” and you have been unable to find your package after checking the area surrounding your delivery address, please reach out to Customer Service for help.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange.

We offer return labels for domestic returns. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund or exchange. Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable for customer returns due to personal reasons (eg. ordered the wrong size, do not like,etc).

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1~2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If you opt to exchange your item, once your return is accepted, the exchange will be processed with the same processing and shipping times as the original order.

Refunds

If your opt for refund, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment once your return is accepted.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
